These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lexingtondigital.com and any digital products, audits, tools, and services provided by Lexington Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

Use of the website

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or copy content at scale, or use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

Accounts

Some purchases and downloads require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at lexingtondigital22@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Digital products and downloads

Guides, checklists, toolkits, and other digital products are delivered electronically, usually through your account's downloads area immediately after payment. Each purchase grants you a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without our written permission.

Audits and services

Audits, implementation work, and monitoring retainers are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and deliverables described on the relevant offer page or agreed in writing. Where a separate written proposal or agreement exists, it controls over these Terms for that engagement. Timelines depend on you providing the access, information, and approvals we reasonably request.

Refunds and cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it, replace it, or issue a refund. For audits and services, you may cancel for a full refund before work begins; once work has started, refunds are prorated for work not yet performed. Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period.

No guaranteed results

Search engines, AI assistants, and marketplaces control their own rankings, citations, and recommendations. Our recommendations and work are based on professional judgment and current best practice, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, citation, visibility, or revenue outcome.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, tools, and branding are owned by Lexington Digital or its licensors. Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, while we keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and tools.

Affiliate program

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the program details published on our affiliate page. Commissions are paid only on qualifying, non-refunded sales, and we may remove participants who use spam, misleading claims, or self-referrals.

Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors, hosting, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexington Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
